This Week’s Disruptors 05/15/25

We’re back this week with another round of DISRUPTORS. This group of executives is making an impact here in Music City. Get to know them all! - Zak (Founder, Nashville Briefing)

Avery King

King Publicity, President

Avery King is the founder of King Publicity where she leads successful campaigns for talents like rising pop-country star Dasha, Vincent Mason, Meghan Patrick and many more. Avery was also the former President of SOLID (Society of Leaders in Development), where she contributed to raising over $400,000 for the organization and spearheaded significant DEI initiatives during her tenure. She has received multiple honors throughout her career, including being named one of Nashville’s “Top 30 under 30” honorees, an All Access “Woman to Watch,” as well as being included on Nashville Briefing’s 30 under 30 honoree list.

Proudest accomplishment: Aside from taking the leap to launch my own firm, which will always be at the top, one of the moments that stands out was the night Dasha won Female Song of the Year at the People’s Choice Country Awards. It was such a full-circle moment. Most of our team was together that evening and it felt like a true celebration of everything we had poured into this whirlwind year.

Ethan Goldish

CAA, Music Agent

Ethan Goldish is a Music Agent at entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA). Goldish is based in Nashville and represents many of the world’s leading musicians, including Ben Rector, Warren Zeiders, Owl City, Coleman Jennings, and Marlon Funaki, among others. Goldish began his career at CAA in 2019. He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Economics with a certificate in markets and management studies. In addition to his work on the live touring side, he serves on the Emerging Leaders Board for the PENCIL Foundation and was an auction chair for the organization’s 2025 signature event, A Little Night of Music.

Proudest accomplishment: Any opportunity to work with artists to sell out their first show in their hometown makes my heart grow three sizes. Seeing your client take the stage of the venue - one that shaped their love of music to a packed house of friends, family and fans ready to sing back every lyric for the next 90 minutes - will never get old.

Corey Brewer

Big Loud, VP, Media/PR

Corey Brewer is the Vice President, Head of Media & PR at Big Loud Records, home to global superstars like Morgan Wallen and Miranda Lambert. In this role, he oversees the label's media strategy, publicity, and brand communications across its roster, which includes artists such as Kashus Culpepper, Steven Wilson Jr., Charles Wesley Godwin, Ashley Cooke, HARDY, ERNEST, and other chart-topping musicians. Before joining Big Loud Records, Brewer worked at Atlantic Records, where he led press and publicity efforts for award-winning hitmakers Kehlani, Burna Boy, Wallows, Matt Maeson, and Lil Skies, among others. Prior to his run at Atlantic Records, Brewer held positions at ADA (Warner Music Group's independent distribution arm), Sunshine Sachs, and Tenth Street Entertainment - where he led campaigns for Motley Crue, Blondie, Steven Tyler, Eve, and others.

Proudest accomplishment: I'm very proud of the work the team and myself did for Burna Boy. It's one of the few campaigns I've been a part of that truly shifted culture. What started out Burna Boy creating a few sparks in the U.S. carrying an Afrobeats movement on his shoulders, culminated in many firsts. Burna Boy became the first ever African artist to win in an album category at the Grammys, the first to headline and sell out a stadium in the U.S., and many others. The movement made so much noise, in 2024 the Grammys added a new category for Best African Music Performance.

Natalie Reynolds

American Songwriter, Social Media Manager

California State Long Beach graduate Natalie Reynolds, discovered her love for music and songwriting during her teenage years. While interning at Sony Pictures Entertainment, she began blending her passions for music and storytelling within the entertainment industry. After relocating to Nashville in 2024, Natalie stepped into the role of Head of Socials at American Songwriter, where she has spent the past year directing and producing social content with artists such as Blake Shelton, Riley Green, Role Model, Lauren Watkins, Lily Rose, Tanner Addell, Adam Duritz, Kameron Marlowe, and so many others.

Proudest accomplishment: Interviewed Blake Shelton for our socials! Confirmed: very tall.

Kyra Tillotson

Fort Nash/Walk Off Entertainment, Dir. of Ops & Comms

Kyra Tillotson is a creative executive and the Director of Operations & Communications at Fort Nash, a Nashville-based media company, and Walk Off Entertainment, an independent record label and management firm—both founded by Chris Ruediger and built on a social-first approach to artist development. Originally from the greater Seattle area, Kyra relocated to Nashville after graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in media communication, to pursue a career in music and artist development. She first got her start as a project coordinator at MadeFirst an experiential marketing and fabrication agency in Nashville. Since then, she has played an integral role in building The 615 House (a Fort Nash brand.) Her work lives at the intersection of music, digital media, and fan engagement.

Proudest accomplishment: A standout moment was collaborating with Abby Anderson on her First To Hit The Road project and leading the execution of her release party. More recently, I had the opportunity to take two of our artists to Stagecoach for the very first time as they performed on the Monster Energy stage. Being able to support artists as they reach major milestones and experience meaningful “firsts” in their careers is something I’ll never take for granted—it’s what makes this work so rewarding.

Lexi Lampkin

Opry Entertainment Group, Manager, Artist and Industry Relations

After graduating from Washington University in St. Louis, Lexi joined the Brand Partnerships Department at WME where she worked with clients like Michael B. Jordan, Gal Gadot, Halle Berry, Julianne Hough, and more. Following her time at WME, she joined Universal Pictures’ Global Special Events team, working on global campaigns for films like Jurassic World: Dominion, the Super Mario Bros Movie, and The Fabelmans. Lexi then joined the Artist Relations team at Dick Clark Productions, which produces the Billboard Music Awards, American Music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards, and more. During her time at DCP, Lexi worked with artists like Reba McEntire, Morgan Wallen, Megan Moroney, Carrie Underwood, Smokey Robinson, and Tate McRae. After 3 years in LA, Lexi relocated to Nashville to join Opry Entertainment Group as Manager of Artist and Industry Relations.

Proudest accomplishment: Putting together Morgan Wallen’s Billboard Music Awards performance in 2023 was definitely a really special moment! We were able to bring members of the ‘98 Atlanta Braves team out to the stadium and Morgan performed “‘98 Braves” just for the team and 100 of his top local fans ahead of his sold-out two night run there. And… it was on my birthday which made it even better!
